Gastronomy

Solar do Carmo has its own restaurant - Café Pote (Coffee Pot) Restaurant.  The house specialties are fish and seafood, due to the strong mediterranean influence in its cuisine.  Regional and international cuisine can also be found within its menu, which offers dishes such as salads, entrees, meets, and pasta.

The restaurant isn’t only attractive for the dishes it serves.  Besides the decor and the characteristic architecture, which follows suit of the rest of the hotel, the restaurant serves delicious Brazilian coffee, as the name implies.  Unlike industrial products, the coffee served there is authentic, worthy of the rich soil its cultivated from.
